About This Course

This is a demo course, for a Basic Cooking Class. This course is a prerequisite course for the Advance Cooking Class course. All learner must finish this course to be able to enroll in the Advance Cooking Class course

In this course, some features will be demonstrated. The features exhibited in this class are:

• The ungraded, multiple-choice quizzes can be configured to display answers and hints. The answer can be displayed:
  - Always : Always display the answer
  - Answered : Display the answer when a learner has correctly answered the problem
  - Attempted : Display the answer when a learner has attempted the problem (regardless of whether they got it right or wrong)
  
• The ungraded quiz can be configured to use drag and drops model. This quiz allows students to drag and drop answers in the column provided.
• The ungraded quiz can also use checkbox model. As with multiple-choice problem, the checkbox problem can also display answers and hints.
• The ungraded quiz can also use text input model. In this model, students must answer a question by writing or typing an answer in the text field that has been provided. This model also can be configured to display hints.
• The ungraded quiz can be configured to use a numerical input model. As with text input, there is a column for writing answers, but the answer must be number instead of text.
• Exam. The exam configured in 2 types: static multiple-choice exam questions, where the same set of questions will be displayed to every learner, and a randomized, library-based multiple-choice exam questions where the questions taken from a library of questions randomly. In the later case, a learner will have different set of questions from another learner.
• Certificate of completion. Once a learner finished and pass the exam, a pdf certificate can be generated, displaying the course name, course number, instructor name, along with instructor's signature. The certificate can be configured to display certificate number for authenticity.
